Mindful archery is offered as a grounded, land-based practice that supports focus, patience, self-awareness, and personal reflection. Through guided instruction, participants are encouraged to slow down, be present, and build confidence through each step of the practice.

The rhythm of preparing, aiming, and releasing can help participants slow down and connect with the present moment.

Mindful archery sessions are offered in a supportive, guided environment and can be adapted for individuals, groups, educational settings, and community-based learning.

Individual Session

One-on-one sessions tailored to your comfort level and goals, with a focus on skill development, confidence, grounding, and personal reflection.

Group Learning

Shared sessions that introduce archery in a supportive group environment, with a focus on safety, presence, patience, and connection.

Workshops & Community Sessions

Structured sessions for groups, organizations, or educational settings, introducing archery as a meaningful and accessible mindful practice.

Archery sessions may be rebooked or refunded if the session needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or unsafe outdoor conditions.

Archery Experience & Instruction

Session Rates

Individual sessions: $20 per hour
Family or group (up to 4 participants): $80 per hour

Who Can Participate

Youth ages 10 and up are welcome. Sessions can be adapted for individuals, families, small groups, and community-based learning.
